They (Institutions) are not closing orders when price (wicks) pierce OB’s. They are being triggered/filled as orders and therefore no longer there once they are filled and in the trade. I guess whats interesting is that OB’s are not binding commitments/regulated on exchanges, as they can be pulled at any time/cancelled and used to manipulate price direction toward them. aka the big manipulation game.
