📝 Step 1: Log in

• Go to FBS.com and log in to your account.

💬 Step 2: Open Live Chat

• Click the speech bubble at the bottom-right corner
• Select Get in Touch.
• Click on Live Chat.
• Enter your email address and name.
• Click Enter.
• Type Live agent to connect to an agent.

⚡ Step 3: Request Swap Removal

Please remove the swap fees from all my accounts on my dashboard.

🪪 Step 4: Verify Identity

• Attach your ID/Passport (the same one used to verify your FBS account).

📩 Step 5: Ask for a Transcript

• After speaking with the agent, request that a copy of the chat transcript be emailed to you.

That’s it — once they confirm, the swap fees should be removed from your accounts.
