I've spoken to FBS and they're waiting for you to contact them to remove your swap fees.

Login to FBS.com
Click on the speech bubble (bottom right of screen).
Click on the get in touch button in the live chat application.
Click on Live Chat
Enter your details
Ask the agent to remove swap fees from all your accounts.
You'll need to send them your ID you used to verify your FBS account with.
AFTER SPEAKING TO FBS... YOU MUST ASK FOR A TRANSCRIPT OF THE CHAT TO BE EMAILED TO YOU.

Don't forget to attach your ID / Passport.
On the right of this scrips is a picture of what swap fees are.

After removing swap fees please not the following.
Any open trades that have swap fees will no longer incur further swaps.
Your open trades that have swap fees will remain to have the fees. The fess cannot be removed.
The new swap free facility means that any new trades placed by you or the EA on your accounts will be swap free and no fess will be billed to you.
Keep the email or screen shots of the correspondence with FBS about your swap fee removal.
