I've been scammed, conned, and blew my own accounts chasing the hype. I hit rock bottom — I once split a single shawarma three ways with my kids because it was all I had left. So when I say I know how losing feels, I mean it.

That's why I built a way out — and why I can guide you through it.

I don't trade on hope. I trade the way institutions move: supply and demand zones, candlestick structure, and the moving averages the banks actually use. That became my strategy — with real clients who trade it (you'll meet them below).

Then I built the tools to make it repeatable for you: the robot that runs the discipline automatically, a true-IRR calculator to map your real trajectory, and a COT-data tool on the way.

But tools aren't enough — the hardest part of trading is you. So I teach three rules:

  • Money rules — size every position so you never blow up.
  • Trading rules — when to enter, exit, pause, or sit on your hands.
  • Psychology rules — read your own gut. I believe 50–80% of failure is traders ignoring their intuition. Call it the universe, God, quantum physics — whatever you follow, it's telling you something. Learning to listen is the edge.

2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use this website. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security features, or engage in unlawful conduct.

3. Online Payments (PayPal)

Alive FX (Pty) Ltd uses PayPal to process all online payments. Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Your payment details are submitted directly to PayPal over a secure encrypted connection; Alive FX (Pty) Ltd does not store, retain or access your card or bank details. Payment confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. Recurring subscriptions are held in your own PayPal account and can be cancelled by you there at any time. By making a payment you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

4. Refunds and Cancellations (CPA Compliance)

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). A refund may be granted where the request is submitted within 7 days of the transaction, proof of payment and a reason are provided, and the service or digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, executed or delivered.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or digital products already accessed or delivered, for fraudulent, accidental or unauthorised purchases, or where statutory exceptions apply under the CPA. Alive FX (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to approve or decline any refund on reasonable grounds and supporting evidence.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices and product or service availability may change without prior notice. Alive FX (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for errors, omissions or outdated content, and reserves the right to discontinue or modify any service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Alive FX (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service or product. Nothing in this clause excludes liability where prohibited by law.

Alive FX (Pty) Ltd processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal data is used only for business, account and transactional purposes.
